Hot Toddy's Membership Terms
1. Membership is free
Hot Toddy's membership costs nothing. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no online payment. If you'd rather not join, the standard door charge applies on entry — that charge is not a membership fee.
2. Verifying your membership
After signing up we send a verification link by email and text. Your membership becomes active once you verify. Verification links expire after seven days and can be re-sent.
3. Member entry
Verified members qualify for member entry instead of the door charge. Member entry is still subject to capacity, licensing, age checks (18+ with valid ID), ticketed events and management discretion. Some ticketed events are excluded.
4. One membership per person
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We keep one record per email address and mobile number. We may suspend or cancel a membership that is misused.
5. Your details and marketing
We store your name, email address and mobile number to run the membership and verify it at the door. If you have not opted out, we may send you member-only offers, free drink offers, event drops and perks by email or text. You can opt out at signup or at any time afterwards, and you will still receive membership verification and essential membership messages.
6. Leaving
Email hello@hottoddys.co.uk to cancel your membership or ask us to remove your details.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and member benefits. The version in force is shown at the top of this page.
